Attack of the Show's Meme Art
G4’s Attack of the Show rocked a KEYBOARD CAT fan art show last year. This year they decided to open entries to all internet memes. The show was hosted by Meltdown Comics in Hollywood. The Wiener truck was there to add the right smell and taste. _

Drawing at Comic-Con
I had an opportunity to draw (in public) at Comic-Con. I was able to attend some “Master” Sessions with Matt Wagner and colorist Brian Miller. Past sessions I’ve attended were with Mike Mignola, Paul Pope and Dave Gibbons. The “Master” sessions are really THE BEST thing about Comic-Con if you’re an illustrator. Basically you bring a tablet and pencils/markers...

Flipboard does not offer up a bland-looking list of articles like Google Reader for example, rather Flipboard uses the full touch screen/swipe capabilites of the...

Starbucks Card App - I (heart) you.
Starbucks remains a vanguard of business/tech innovation with its new Starbucks Card App for mobile. The app eliminates the need for a plastic Starbucks card rather, once you register, you simply use your Starbucks card app to pay via onscreen bar code. If you’re concerned about security, you can password protect the app (via iPhone OS settings). It’s important to note that not...

html5 what? what?
You’ve probably heard the term HTML5 mentioned recently as a factor involved in video and animation online. What is html5 and what does it mean to you? If you enjoy posting videos online then whether you knew it or not you (YouTube, Vimeo) have been using flash to display/embed those videos. Flash has been (primarily) the only game in town up until recently. If you want video and some...
